How do I know my saree is authentic?
Every Ramrasiya saree comes with a certificate of authenticity that details the weaver’s name, village, craft tradition, and material composition. Our sarees carry GI (Geographical Indication) tags wherever applicable.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If the saree doesn’t meet your expectations, simply reach out and we’ll arrange a return pickup at no additional cost.
Do you offer bespoke/custom sarees?
Yes! Our bespoke service connects you directly with master weavers. You can choose the craft tradition, colors, motifs, and materials. Custom sarees typically take 2-6 months depending on complexity.
How should I care for my handloom saree?
We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Store your saree wrapped in muslin cloth (not plastic), refold every 6 months, and avoid direct sunlight. Detailed care instructions come with every purchase.
